Greenificate Photo Upload Disclaimer
At Greenificate, we are committed to building a credible and impactful green initiative. As part of our mission to promote tree plantation and environmental responsibility, we require participants to upload authentic proof of tree plantation during registration.
📸 Photo Upload Guidelines
To ensure the integrity and credibility of our initiative, participants are strictly required to upload genuine, relevant photos that clearly depict tree plantation activities. Please read and follow the guidelines below:
✅ Acceptable Photo Types:
- You (or someone you designate) actively planting a tree.
- A close-up shot of the tree you planted, preferably with you in the frame.
- A photo showing your face and the planted tree, ideally captured during the act of planting or immediately after.
❌ Unacceptable Photo Types:
- Selfies, portraits, or personal images not related to tree plantation.
- Random images of birds, flowers, nature, or landscapes.
- Photos taken from the internet or generated using AI or editing tools.
- Blurry, unclear, or unrelated images.
Uploading irrelevant or misleading photos violates the spirit of the Greenificate movement and may result in rejection of your registration and revocation of your certificate.
🔍 Verification & Monitoring
All submitted photos are manually reviewed or processed using automated verification to ensure compliance. If a submission is found to be fake, irrelevant, or manipulated:
- The registration will be considered invalid.
- No MAR points or certificates will be issued.
- The participant may be blacklisted from future programs.
📝 Your Responsibility
By checking the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box during registration, you acknowledge that:
- You are submitting a true and original photo of your tree plantation.
- You understand that any misuse of this platform may result in disqualification and/or legal action if necessary.
- You give us permission to store and verify the photo for documentation and awareness purposes.
